Upright
Judgement is the arcana of the call and the answer: a sound reaches something asleep and brings it upright. In this deck the trumpet is a name. Your voice crosses the room and a whole body reorganizes around it, ears first. In the other deck the summons arrives with the first grey light at the window and is answered by a sprint down the hallway that nobody in the house requested. The hour is not open to discussion.
Reversed
Reversed, the call sounds inside. They hear it and stay exactly where they are: an ear turning, one eye opening, no dash across the floor to prove the point. The answer is happening internally today. Saying their name once and expecting nothing back is enough, because being reached is the whole of this card, and it has already happened.
Reversed is not bad news here. It is the same energy turned inward instead of outward.
In the dog deck
You call and they come. That simple magic never gets old—the moment your voice reaches them, everything shifts into place.
Try today Call their name once each time for a hug; let them know they matter.
In the cat deck
The Dawn Sprint
When dawn light slips through the window, your cat's eyes snap open, as though something inside called out. In that leap off the couch and dash across the room, the body that curled up all night moves as if entirely reborn.
Try today Tomorrow at dawn, when that sprint begins, grab a toy and join in the wild energy with your cat.

This is tarot for fun. We rewrote the Major Arcana for dog life; it predicts and advises nothing. Nothing here relates to health or behaviour decisions.
