Strength shows a woman closing the mouth of a lion with her bare hands, calmly, the old lesson that force is the weaker option. Ours is smaller and just as true. A tail stays up in front of something four times the size, and small paws work a blanket with a patience nobody asked for and nobody outlasts. Courage here has no volume to it. It is composure at knee height, and the bigger animal usually looks away first.

Reversed

Reversed, the courage is kept close. The big feeling stays inside instead of facing outward: a smaller circle chosen for today, quiet paws instead of a raised tail. Nothing has shrunk here. It is strength spent on steadying themselves, which is the harder half of the work, and it asks nothing from you except company.

Reversed is not bad news here. It is the same energy turned inward instead of outward.
