🐱 Cat face
The Lap Cat
Told the whole story by the next seat over
Large open eyes in the roundest of the cat-like faces, with a jaw that still narrows to a fine chin. The outer eye corners lift only slightly, and the mouth rests level. In a waiting room, the person two seats along moves closer and starts from the beginning.
What this face looks like
The outline curves where the rest of the cat-like set cuts in, though the chin still comes to a narrow point. The eyes are large and open, and the outer corners lift just enough to keep the face from reading as entirely soft. At cafe tables, people leave a bag with this face, then ask whether that was all right.
Living with this face
Coworkers stop by on the way to somewhere else and stay eleven minutes. Neighbors describe their renovation in the lift, floor by floor. At weddings someone hands over a baby and walks off toward the cake. The face has never volunteered for any of this, and has never turned it down either.

This is a reading for fun. The types are our own invention and claim no scientific basis. We judge nothing about age, gender or appearance — only the geometry of a face, such as the angle of the eye corners and the line of the jaw. The photo is not uploaded; it is read inside this browser only. Where we quote physiognomy we are passing on a tradition, not a science — people do largely agree on the impression a face gives, but that agreement does not make the impression true of the person.
